Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16, after quitting gymnastics in her youth. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness events following her decision to quit gymnastics. After only one year, she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. So becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel took six year off from performing after she earned Pro-Card to finish her college studies. In 2015 she re-entered the stage, and took part in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance she competed throughout her career and setting new goals every year. By 2009, she'd been awarded four fitness awards. In 2009, she was her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken the time off for six years from competing following her professional card's issuance in order to complete her university education. In the summer of 2016 she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage three months later and was crowned 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud of her 6th position at the level of Fitness despite having zero expectations. It's no surprise that she was able to place so high, given the level of competition. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel likes working out her back. Her exercises to strengthen her back include bent-over rows using single-arm pull downs with lats. Warming up is usually done prior to an actual workout. Ariel makes the best use of the time she has. Ariel accomplishes this by creating all of her back exercises doing three or four supersets of between 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is type of workout twice per week. One day would be lightweight day, as well as the second heavy weight day.
