Ellie Goulding
The singer-songwriter Ellie Goulding (n e Elena Jane Goulding 30 December 1986, in Hereford England) was an English Songwriter and Singer. Ellie Goulding dominated the UK charts in 2010 with the catchy electro-pop tracks "Starry Eyed" as well as Guns and Horses. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding stands at the cutting edge as are Kate Bush and Imogen Sheap of contemporary mainstream music, and independent, hip-hop that is arty. Her soprano voice and ability to write emotionally authentic songs is what makes her stand out. Polydor Records eventually signed Goulding to a big recording deal. Her debut album was set to release.
